A Red Shield member. He was employed in the Delta-67 elimination mission in Vietnam along with Saya & team. They were attacked by children who turned into chiropterans as they approached the mansion in the jungle. While guarding the rear of Saya and others, McCoy got attacked by one of the small chiropterans and his body was left devoid of blood.
